Craig Dykers, founding partner of the internationally acclaimed multidisciplinary practice Snøhetta, delivers a keynote lecture exploring his three-decade career blurring boundaries between architecture, landscape, urbanism, and cultural infrastructure.
Founded in Oslo in 1989, Snøhetta has gained worldwide recognition for award-winning projects including the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and SFMOMA, combining cultural significance with environmental responsibility and public engagement. Dykers' collaborative design approach brings together multiple disciplines to create environments that strengthen relationships between people, place, and the natural world.
The lecture is jointly convened by the American Institute of Architects UK and the Royal Institute of British Architects in partnership with Spatial Practices at Central Saint Martins. It is held in person with drinks served after the talk. AIA Members receive 1.5 LU/HSW credits; RIBA Members may count this towards CPD recording requirements.
