Black Introvert Week returns with a flagship panel discussion centred on workplace wellbeing for Black introverts. Chaired by Richard Etienne of The Introvert Space, the conversation brings together four specialist speakers: Mike Thakoordin (The Wellbeing Engineer), Mahlena-Rae Johnson, Tambo Silavwe, and Ayo Greaves, an occupational therapist.
The discussion unfolds through five strategic questions: Who am I at work? Why do some workplaces make it difficult to stay well? How do I protect my energy without shrinking myself? How do I communicate authentically in today's workplace? The atmosphere is thoughtful and conversational, designed to energise without overwhelming.
This event is for Black introverts navigating workplace visibility, progression, and code-switching. You'll gain practical strategies for protecting your energy, language for setting boundaries, and connections with quiet leaders and wellbeing professionals who understand the experience.
