An intimate theatrical evening exploring love, choice and how personal decisions can reshape history. Written and directed by acclaimed author Mikhail Zygar and based on his book The Dark Side of the Earth, this production features the acclaimed actress Alisa Khazanova alongside Zygar himself.
Through five emotionally charged novellas, the performers tell stories of people at critical turning points — some featuring legendary cultural figures such as Lilya Brik and Sergei Parajanov, others honouring those whose lives quietly shaped history without ever making the history books. Each narrative examines how deeply personal choices ripple outward to influence something far greater than one individual's story.

A thought-provoking evening about love, responsibility and the power each of us holds to influence the world around us. The performance is in Russian without subtitles.
