Male Allies UK, led by CEO Lee Chambers, hosts a full-day national conference on Friday 20 November at NatWest, Bishopsgate. Timed with International Men's Day and its theme The Future Is Everyone, the event brings 250 delegates together around one core belief: meaningful progress requires people to build bridges rather than retreat into separate corners.
The conference combines new State of Allyship research from Ipsos with lived experience, storytelling and active participation. This is not a passive gathering of corporate presentations—attendees shape the questions, explore how genuine dialogue works across difference, and discover what lessons workplace action can learn from sport, family, media, community and public life. Expert-led sessions create space for productive tension, audience contribution, and questions people genuinely want answered. Creative expression and human stories run throughout the programme.
Every participant receives a conference workbook and writes a personal 90-day commitment designed to turn intention into action. You will leave with a clearer understanding of the State of Allyship research, practical ideas for your role and organisation, and a named contact to help you follow through. Virtual attendees and corporate watch parties join selected moments as active participants.
